We want you to feel good about every purchase you make from Greatnessflow. Here’s exactly how refunds work.

Digital products and instant delivery
Every Greatnessflow product is an instant digital download. Because you gain immediate access to the full file the moment you complete checkout, all sales are final once a Product has been downloaded — we’re not able to offer refunds simply for a change of mind.

When we will make it right
Email info@greatnessflow.com within 14 days and we’ll fix, replace, or refund if a file is damaged or won’t open, you received the wrong product, you were charged more than once, or a product materially doesn’t match its description.

How to request
Email info@greatnessflow.com with your order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and resolve most requests within a week.

For customers in the UK/EU
You normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. Because our Products are digital content delivered instantly, this right does not apply once you’ve begun downloading the file and acknowledged this at checkout. This policy doesn’t limit any other consumer rights you may have.

Bundle purchases
If you purchased the Complete Bundle and only one item has an issue, we’ll resolve that specific item rather than refunding the full bundle, unless the issue affects the whole purchase.

For customers in the United States
US federal law doesn’t give buyers a general right to cancel an online purchase once it has been fulfilled. Some states have their own consumer protection rules; nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the law of your state. If you were charged in a way that seems to violate consumer protection law, contact us first at info@greatnessflow.com so we can resolve it directly.
