Welcome to Greatnessflow (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of greatnessflow.com and your purchase of any digital products sold through it. By purchasing a Product or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are
Greatnessflow is operated by Greatnessflow, based in France. You can reach us at info@greatnessflow.com.

2. Our Products
Greatnessflow sells downloadable digital PDF products, including AI prompt packs, templates, and planning tools for teachers. All Products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

3. License to use
When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for your own classroom and teaching purposes. You may use it with your own students, print copies for your own classroom, and adapt it for lesson planning. You may not resell, redistribute, share, claim as your own work, create competing products, or remove branding and copyright notices. Contact us for team or district licensing.

4. Payment and pricing
All purchases are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment processor and merchant of record. Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without affecting a completed purchase.

8. AI disclaimer
Our Products are prompt packs and templates for use with third-party AI tools. Always review and edit AI output before classroom use. Never enter personally identifiable student information into an AI chatbot. Our templates are general starting points, not legal advice; always follow your school or district policies.

9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The Site and Products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greatnessflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product in question.

10. Changes and governing law

6. Intellectual property

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or interfere with the Site’s normal operation.
